Our standard payment terms require a 30%-40% deposit, with the remaining balance paid before shipment following quality inspection.
Q5 Do windows come with glass installed or do we need onsite glazing?
Windows come complete with glass, frame, sash, and hardware pre-installed. You can install them directly into your wall openings upon delivery.
Q6 What warranty policy is provided for your products?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, alongside properly functioning hardware under normal operation. German hardware includes a full 10-year warranty. Replacement parts are dispatched immediately if quality issues arise.
