Our products come complete with glass, frame, sash, and hardware fully installed at the factory. You can directly install the assembled units into your wall openings onsite.
Q6 What warranty do you provide?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, as well as properly functioning hardware and accessories under correct operation. A 10-year warranty is provided for German hardware. Immediate courier replacement is offered for any quality issues.
