Delivery typically takes 38 to 45 days after deposit confirmation and final shop drawing approval.
Q5: What are your standard payment terms?
We accept a 30%-40% deposit, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment following inspection.
Q6: What warranty coverage do you provide?
We offer a 10-year quality warranty covering frame color durability (anti-fading/anti-peeling) and proper functionality of hardware and accessories under standard operation. German hardware includes a dedicated 10-year warranty. Replacement parts are dispatched immediately via international courier.
