Standard payment terms require a 30%-40% deposit with the balance paid prior to shipment after inspection. Standard minimum order quantity is USD $30,000 per order (orders below this threshold incur an additional $800 color adjustment and packing fee). Standard frame powder coating finishes include Frost Black and Silver Grey.

A 10-year quality warranty is provided, guaranteeing frame color non-fading and non-peeling, as well as proper hardware functionality. German hardware includes a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, replacement parts are dispatched immediately via international courier.
