What is the delivery lead time for orders?
The typical production and delivery time is 28 to 45 working days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are fully confirmed. Sample lead time is 5 to 7 working days.
What are the standard colors and surface treatments?
Standard powder coating finishes include Frost Black and Silver Grey, along with various RAL colors. Treatments including anodizing and electrophoresis are also available.
Are the windows delivered pre-glazed or does glass need onsite installation?
Products are completely pre-assembled with glass, frame, sash, and hardware fully installed, allowing for direct installation into the wall opening onsite.
What warranty is provided for these doors and windows?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided covering non-fading and peel-resistant frames, smooth hardware operation under normal conditions, and German-brand hardware. In case of quality issues, replacement parts are provided.
