Packing & Delivery Process

All products are packed using Iron Pallets instead of wooden pallets, providing stronger and more stable protection during transport.

Step 1
Corners are protected by cardboard to avoid collision damage.
Step 2
Frames are wrapped with protective tapes to avoid scratching.
Step 3
Fix windows and doors on iron pallets by metal fixed strips.
Step 4
Reinforce windows & doors with plastic belts.
Step 5
PE films cover to keep moisture away.
Step 6
Tie up iron pallets in container with durable plastic belts.
Step 7
Fill the space between pallets with air bags to ensure stability.

Price is based on specific requirements. Please provide the following information:
  • Shop drawing / window schedule showing window dimensions, quantity, and type
  • Frame color requirement
  • Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated) and glass specs (clear, tinted, Low-E, Argon gas filled, etc.)
Q Are your windows and doors custom-sized?
Yes, our products are custom-made according to your specific dimensions and design drawings.
Q What is your standard delivery time and frame color options?
Delivery time is around 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Standard powder coating colors include Frost Black and Silver Grey.
Q Do windows come with glass pre-installed?
Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on window dimensions to guarantee safe transportation and quick onsite installation. Onsite glazing is recommended primarily for oversized units.
Q What quality warranty do you provide?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering non-fading/non-peeling frames and properly functioning hardware under standard operations (including 10 years warranty for German hardware).
