A: We can supply the complete window system (including profile, hardware, accessories, glass) as well as the finished products ready for installation.
Q: How can I know your price?
A: The price is based on the buyer's specific requirements. Please provide the following information to help us quote exact pricing:
1) Shop drawing / window schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type;
2) Frame color;
3) Glass type, thickness, and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, etc.).
Q: What is your delivery time and payment terms?
A: Delivery time is typically 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. For payment terms, normally 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering frame color unfading and peel-off, as well as proper operation of hardware and accessories. In case of any quality issue, replacement parts will be provided promptly.
Q: Do windows come with glass installed?
A: Yes, we install glass at the factory based on dimensions to ensure safe transportation and easy installation for buyers. Onsite glazing is recommended primarily for oversized products.
Q: Are your products certified?
A: Yes, our products comply with Australian standards and can also be tested and certified to meet other regional specifications upon request.
