The typical minimum order is USD 30,000 per order. For orders under USD 30,000, an additional USD 800 fee applies to cover color adjustment and specialized packing costs.
Standard delivery takes approximately 38 to 45 days after deposit confirmation and shop drawing approvals.
Our standard aluminum frame options feature durable powder-coated finishes, primarily Frost Black and Silver Grey.
We offer a 10-year quality warranty covering frame durability (unfading and non-peeling) along with smoothly functioning hardware and accessories. German hardware comes with a 10-year dedicated warranty. Replacement components are delivered promptly via international courier.
