Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.

Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.

All goods be fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, insure the unshakable the whole pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.

Use forklift to load the goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation. Container loading process with careful inspection.

Q: How can I get an accurate quotation?

Pricing depends on buyer specifications. Please provide: 1) Shop drawing / window schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type; 2) Frame color; 3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, etc.).

Q: What is your standard delivery time and payment terms?

Delivery time is typically 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are normally 30% - 50% T/T deposit, with the balance paid before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.

Q: Are your products certified for international standards?

Yes, our products meet Australian standards (AS2047, AS2208) as well as CSA, NFRC, and Dade standards. Additional testing and certification can be arranged upon request.

Q: What warranty do you provide for windows and doors?

We offer a 10-year quality warranty covering color fastness, non-peeling frames, and hardware working properly under normal operation. Replacement parts are supplied via courier in case of quality issues.

Glass is installed at the factory based on window dimensions to ensure safe transportation and easy installation. Onsite glazing is recommended primarily for oversized units.
