Usually, our standard MOQ is USD 30,000 per order. For orders under USD 30,000, an additional charge of USD 800 applies to cover color adjusting and custom packaging fees.
Standard delivery time is between 28 to 45 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are fully confirmed.
Our standard terms require a 30%-40% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance paid prior to shipment after successful inspection.
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame color unfading and non-peeling, as well as smooth operation of hardware under normal use. German hardware carries a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, immediate replacement parts are dispatched via international courier.
